At Scizzors, we strive to provide each and every client who walks through the door the best possible expierence. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Scizzors Hair Salon experience.

Cancellations

What You Need to Know

We require a 48 hour notice for cancellations. We know that life sometimes gets in the way... Which is why we try to be as understanding as possible.
Frequent last minute cancellations/no shows require a 50% deposit redeamable at your next service.

Terms and conditions

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
If you are more than 15 minutes late.. we may need to reschedule for a later date or shorten the appointment.
