How To Create A Smoky Eye

Watch Rebecca show you how to create the perfect smoky eye – it’s easier than you think, and you can learn in just minutes!  To create the smoky eye look, you’ll need eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow, and brushes.  This smoky eye look is great for daytime or nighttime.  When creating a smoky eye, use the eyeliner in small dashes for a more even look; the same goes for underneath the eyes, but you never want to go all the way across when applying liner underneath.  Start from the outside and work your way in when applying eyeliner and eyeshadow with the brush to get the smoky effect that you want.  Once you’ve completed your eyeshadow application, you will use a larger brush to sweep across your lid for an even, clean smoky eye effect.  You can create a smoky eye for the nighttime by applying a darker shadow over the lighter shadow that you’ve already applied for your daytime smoky eye.  Remember that you usually don’t want to go heavy on your lip color when you have a smoky eye.  A few, easy steps and you’ll have the perfect smoky eye for any time of day!
